Scott Munson Named President and General Manager of Klutch Athletics

Industry Veteran Brings Decades of Global Experience with a Track Record of Delivering Impact and Growth

Los Angeles, CA and Boston, MA (October 10, 2025) — Klutch Athletics, the sportswear brand founded by Rich Paul and co-authored with New Balance, announced today the appointment of Scott Munson as President and General Manager, effective immediately. Munson joins Klutch Athletics following a distinguished career at Nike, where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of the Asia Pacific Latin America Men’s business, overseeing a $4 billion portfolio and leading large cross-functional teams across multiple continents.

A proven leader and change agent, Munson’s experience spans brand strategy, product innovation, and consumer insights. Throughout his nearly three decades at Nike, he played pivotal roles including Global Vice President of Men’s Basketball, Global Vice President of Consumer and Market Research, and Global Vice President of Football (Soccer) Apparel. Across each of these areas, Munson has been recognized for driving record growth in a highly competitive industry.

Munson brings a global perspective and deep understanding of today’s athlete, having led teams serving North America and diverse markets in Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and Latin America. His leadership was instrumental in launching iconic global initiatives such as Air Max Day, Nike Tech Pack, and the SNKRS app, as well as driving apparel collaborations like PSG x Jordan.
